Herbed tuna dip / Low Carb

For all those who are nuts about protein, we’ve got here a real lickety-split recipe for you. Probably, it takes longer to read this recipe than actually preparing it.

Ingredients

  • 300g cream cheese
  • 1 tin of tuna chunks in oil
  • 1 red onion
  • fresh parsley
  • herb salt

Mix all ingredients – let the tuna chunks drain first, chop the parsley and the onion, season to taste with herb salt. Ready!
